Boehner to Introduce Bill to Cut Off ALL Taxpayer Funding from ACORN

Boehner Backs Plan to the End the Bailouts, Protect Taxpayers

The New York Times reports today that "one year after the collapse of Lehman Brothers… the government is the nation's biggest lender, insurer, automaker and guarantor against risk for investors large and small." And rather than offer a plan for ending the taxpayer-funded bailouts, President Obama argued in a speech this morning for "an increased government role in overseeing the financial system."

Boehner Highlights Several Inaccuracies in Obama Address

In a press conference yesterday, Congressman Boehner addressed several inaccuracies in the President's remarks to Congress on health care.
